I liked the posture of the boy on this shot, seems like he's doing a great effort. Sadly, the color picture looked so flat, so I tried to make it black & white.
The contrast lends itself well to black and white. A good choice I think. The grain, of which I'm a big fan, suggests fast film used to capture the action.

The grainy effect gives it that special quality we all hanker after, remembering films such as Ilford HP5, and all the joys of 'push processing' in the darkroom. Your image is really dynamic, the fisherboys pose perfect, and the B&W digital processing of the image definitely the way to go.
